Plunger rewards:
-$50 minimum funds raised to jump through our hole!
-$100 raised get you a Plunge winter cap and patch to tell the world of your deed
-$250 earns a free entry into Saturday's Run On Water or Sunday's WinterDASH
-$500 earns you free dinner at Maggie's, a Bayfield icon. Celebrate your plunge with the famous Flamingo Tenders or a Black n' Blue Burger.
-$750 earns you the coveted Polar Plunge beach towel.
-the highest overall fundraiser receives a Kindle FIRE!!! Look for more Kindle FIRES to be given out in 2013.

TEAMS AND GROUPS - Plunge to raise your own money!!
Here's a simple way to earn some cash for your own non-profit. Do the plunge to raise money for your own organization. Bring a group that raises $250 or more and we will split all funds raised 50-50. We provide the event, publicity and prizes. You provide the plungers and pledges. It’s much easier and more fun than a spaghetti dinner or magazine sale! Teams have raised over $2600 for themselves to keep the past 2 years. Call Scott at 715-7790-5408 with questions.

The Polar Bear Plunge is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Bayfield Area Recreation Center. Top fundraisers get the best prizes, including gift certificates, massages and other great stuff.
Costumes, skits, presentations, speeches, announcements and wedding vows are all encouraged (but not required) prior to plunging. Prizes are awarded for best costumes and creativity.
The Bayfield Rec Center is a true community center for the Apostle Islands region, hosting 30,000 visits a year. Featuring an indoor pool, fitness room and racquetball court, the Rec Center is a vital place for our youth, seniors and the health and wellness of this rural area. Thank you for supporting our Rec Center.
